tiff resimleri otomatik jpeg’e çevirip powerpointe aktarmak

Bendenizin en büyük sorunlarından birisi fotoğraf çekmedeki beceri(k)si(zliği)dir.

Haddi zatında bu meseleye Eskişehir’deki patoloji kongresinde de değinilmişti, emme yetersizdi netekim, neyse.

Fotoğraf çekmedeki aksaklıklar bir yana fotoğrafları tiff olarak kaydettikten sonra bunları powerpointe aktarmada epey vakit harcıyordum. Bugün googlea verdiğim anahtar kelimelerle bu meseleye çözüm buldum. Kazandığım vakti bu yazıyı yazarak harcıyorum işte.

Efendim birinci sorun bir grup tiff dosyasını nasıl otomatik olarak jpeg e çevireceğiz. Onun cevabı şurada:

Create an action by opening a copy of one typical image, then open ‘actions’ window (Alt+F9), go to bottom and click ‘create new action’ – beside garbage can, name it whatever you want, then go through the exact sequence of steps you need recorded, including save, the go back to ‘actions’ window and click ‘stop recording action’ – far left of garbage can.

Now go to File, Automate, Batch – the action you just recorded should be there and simply select the folder you want the action applied to and where you want it saved to. You should never save a new file on top of itself until you are sure. Done

You get to the Photo Album feature in different ways, depending on the version of PowerPoint you have:

PowerPoint 2007 or 2010: click the Insert tab then choose Photo Album.
PowerPoint 2002 or 2003: choose Insert, Picture, New Photo Album.
PowerPoint 2000, use the free Microsoft Photo Album add-in for PowerPoint 2000.
PowerPoint 97 and Mac PowerPoint versions don’t have the Photo Album feature.
